Water Damage Restoration & Repairs in Naples, Florida

After having water damage in my home, I initially had another restoration company handle the mitigation and mold remediation, but unfortunately there were still areas with visible mold afterward. A friend recommended Shane, who referred me to Fireservice to address the remaining mold and complete the restoration. I was very happy with the experience and how everything turned out. I also want to recognize Shane and Luis, who handled much of the work on my home. I really appreciate the work they put into getting everything taken care of and how great it all turned out. I would definitely recommend Fireservice!

Experienced an under slab copper water pipe leak on early Sunday morning March 1, called Fireservice at 6am and somebody answered the phone immediately. It was early, and I obviously woke someone up, but that didn’t matter. They were immediately helpful and within 30 minutes yes 30 minutes had a team to my house, sucking up water and setting fans and dehumidifiers. Absolutely incredible customer service, and a time when you typically get lots of prompts to hit a button and speak to somebody in another country. One of the rooms that was flooded had a wood floor that had to be removed, it was glued down, so it was quite a job. The team arrived and began protection, work first, then brought in the equipment and worked diligently and tough, dusty conditions cutting up this glued down the floor. It was most impressive as how they protected everything in the room and outside it. They even cleaned everything from the ceiling fan to the walls when they were done. There is a number different teams that Service made during this time and every one of them who are professional, very knowledgeable and discussed everything that was needed. They did not try to oversell me or push more than I needed. They were very precise and correct. And my insurance company has a relationship with them so they pay them direct without any question! Ceasar Martinez Erick Ramos Agustin Santi estebon Jesus Fuentes Were an incredible team, very professional, wasted no time, communication was excellent and they left everything in excellent condition! Removing a glued down water damaged wood floor is no easy task. They performed at an extremely high level. Fireservice incredible from start to finish.
